At Ijlaal, we strive to provide high-quality Islamic wear and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging with tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., caps once worn)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash for COD orders)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a quick resolution.
